Submit an Account Eligibility form

At TAG, we pride ourselves in providing a high level of service across every industry vertical. To sustain that standard we must prioritise our business, so we have defined a series of criteria that must be met before an account can be opened.

If any of the below applies to your business, you may not be eligible to hold an account:

• Operates solely out of a residential address.
• Operates on an online basis only.
• Operates within a location that is highly saturated with existing TAG dealers.

In addition, if you are seeking access to Q-SYS products:

• At least one full-time member of staff must be Q-SYS Level One Certified
• AV must be central to your business strategy (electrical-wholesale, security, IT, and property-maintenance companies without an AV focus will not be considered).

If your business does not fit the parameters above and you still wish to purchase Q-SYS, please contact the following trade counter:

Account applications are reviewed fortnightly; response times may therefore be delayed.
